Element is our ongoing beginner program. It is also a general physical preparedness fitness program, but designed at a lower intensity. For the most part, our Element workout is derived from our CrossFit program. The focus of this program is to teach new athletes basic bodyweight movements such as air squats, push-ups, sit-ups, etc. By focusing on bodyweight exercises, we are able to increase mind and body awareness, which can then be used as a foundation to learn more complex movements classified as Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics.
