CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The core of our CrossFit program is general physical preparedness (GPP). CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a broad, general and inclusive approach to fitness. The heart of our program is community. Though members have individual goals, we practice a team philosophy, which is evident in the support we demonstrate to each other. This concept is not only effective but makes us stand out among other gyms. Together we build a stronger, fitter Montrose.
