Partner A - 30 Cal Bike
Partner B - Sandbag Bear Hug Until Partner A Finishes 30 Cal. 

Partner B - 30 Cal Bike
Partner A - Sandbag Bear Hug Until Partner B Finishes 30 Cal. 

Notes: Partner on the bike can only bike when the other partner is holding the sandbag. If he/she drops the bag, the partner on the bike MUST wait until the partner picks up the bag. The score is the total Calories.
