Hang Clean And Jerk 4X1


For Time:

30 Hang Cleans 135/95 lb.
30 Jerks 135/95
30 Burpees Over the Bar 

Notes: Pick a weight that's challenging. You should be able to to get 10 reps a set. try to do the burpees as fast as possible UNBROKEN. Burpees over the bar are going to be lateral burpees (Not bar facing)
