Overhead Squat + Burpee Over the Bar 

EMOM For as Long as Possible
1 Overhead Squat + 1 Burpee Over the Bar the first minute

2 Overhead Squat + 2 Burpee Over the Bar the second minute

3 Overhead Squat + 3 Burpee Over the Bar the third minute
etc.

Weight: 95/65 lb.

Pick a weight that you can comfortably squat snatch and complete 15+ reps of overhead squats. Substitute to front squats if have a shoulder injury or limited overhead mobility.
