CLIENT'S RIGHT TO HOLD:

Month-to-Month Membership Agreement and Annual Membership Agreements: The Client may place their Membership on hold one (1) time per calendar year for up to 1 (1) consecutive month each time. You'll need to give advance notice of at least ten (10) business days. The hold must be 15 days at minimum, and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the hold term, the Client's account will automatically become active, and payments will resume. Should the Client choose to return before the end of their hold period, the hold will be released, and payments will resume. The submission of a hold effectively halts the Annual Membership Agreement contract period, and the contract term will resume upon the release of the Client’s hold period.

Prepaid Membership and Sessions Agreements:

The Prepaid Membership and Session Membership Agreements are NOT subject to any hold options.
