Personal Training

You and your dedicated personal trainer will work together to create a tailored plan to achieve your fitness goal. Using the latest science, your trainer will design a unique program to advise on nutrition and lifestyle habits to support your individual fitness goals.

Your trainer will track your progress over your sessions to ensure the best results because objective metrics produce accurate results. Personal Training sessions are 50 minutes long.

We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
